AirTube © license

This License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of DeepTube© technology, systems, and platform concepts by AirTube (“Licensee”).

1. License Grant

DeepTube© grants AirTube a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use DeepTube-related concepts, branding references, and platform methodologies solely for operating the AirTube video-sharing platform.

This license does not transfer ownership of any DeepTube intellectual property.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in:

The DeepTube name, branding, and identity

Platform structure, submission systems, and moderation concepts

Documentation, text, and original materials

remain the exclusive property of DeepTube.

AirTube acknowledges that DeepTube© is the original rights holder.

3. Permitted Use

AirTube may:

Operate a video-sharing platform inspired by or compatible with DeepTube systems

Reference DeepTube© as a licensed platform

Use approved DeepTube-related documentation or descriptions

4. Restrictions

AirTube may not:

Claim ownership of DeepTube© or its intellectual property

Resell, sublicense, or transfer this license

Remove copyright notices or misrepresent DeepTube© ownership

Use DeepTube© for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes

5. Content Responsibility

AirTube is solely responsible for:

User-uploaded or submitted content

Database management and submission approval

6. Termination

This license may be terminated immediately if AirTube:

Violates this agreement

Engages in copyright infringement or illegal activity

7. Disclaimer

DeepTube© is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. DeepTube© is not responsible for platform downtime, data loss, or legal issues arising from AirTube’s operation.

8. Governing Rights

This License is governed by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any disputes shall recognize DeepTube© as the original intellectual property owner.
